We include a full day interacting with your Store and Brand. We search out customer pain points, advise on staff interactions, suggest new visual merchandising techniques, and seek out & eliminate customer “pain points”. We increase your bottom line! At the end of the day’s audit, we will sit down with you and your team to review and discuss our findings and recommendations. Within 72 hours, we will send you a concise written report for your records to help you stay on track!
This service offers a one day in-store evaluation including a written report. (travel costs to be determined depending on location).

Customer Experience Audit + Monthly Evaluation
The C.E.A. plus Monthly Evaluation gives you all fo the tools to get your company started in the right direction plus a Monthly Customer Experience Maintenance package. This monthly fee allows us to communicate in real-time, discuss all of your program’s progress via text, email or facetime. We can keep you and your team on the right path to Customer Bliss!
This service includes the full store C.E.A. evaluation plus a continuous review of your store’s performance and Customer Experience implementation.

Our Tailored Customer Experience Platform allows us to dig deeper into who your target customer is and what makes them tick! We will sit down with you and your team to develop and implement a custom C.X. Strategy, in line with your company’s goals.
